Settlement - Levies and Water Accounts

Levies are payable by MEMBERS monthly in advance by bank debit order on the first day of each month into the bank account of the HOA. Levy and water accounts will be sent electronically and it will be the OWNER’S responsibility to ensure all their details are correct and up to date. The HOA will not take responsibility if an OWNER did not receive an account. Any amount not paid on due date shall attract interest at a rate determined by the TRUSTEES until payment has been received.
