Settlement

The HOA will e-mail the BUILDING CONTRACTOR a monthly statement which will include all fees due for the current month, as well as the water consumption bill for the previous month, after which the account will be debited Failed debit orders will result in access to the DEVELOPMENT being denied to the BUILDING CONTRACTOR, and to all subcontractors and delivery VEHICLES acting on his instructions until such account is fully settled.
