Settlement - Debt Due

They are to be paid into the HOA account within 30 days from date of being issued. Any FINE imposed on a MEMBER and/or his family members, tenant, guest or other invitee shall be deemed to be a debt due and payable by the MEMBER concerned to the HOA forthwith on demand.
