Open fires, braais or spit braais

Fires may not be lit in places other than in areas specifically designated by the HOA for that purpose. Fires may not be lit on any units other than in properly constructed braais/fireplaces designed for that purpose or manufactured braais, including, but not limited to, a Weber braai.
