Rules - Access - Contractors and Employees

Any contractor or employee who has been engaged or employed by a HOMEOWNER or a RESIDENT to supply goods or services on the Estate will be required to apply to the SECURITY Manager for permission to enter the Estate before being permitted access to the Estate.
